Heather earned her Master of Physician Associate Studies from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. She is board-certified and remains committed to lifelong learning, most recently earning her certification in functional medicine through the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM).

Heather brings extensive experience in primary care, emergency medicine, urgent care, orthopedics, and plastic surgery. This diverse background allows her to address a wide range of health concerns with skill and confidence.

William Parsons, DO

Medical Director at Refine Medical

Dr. William Parsons, DO, is a board-certified internal medicine physician with more than 40 years of clinical experience. He joined Refine Medical as Medical Director in early 2024, bringing decades of trusted leadership and a deep commitment to high-quality, patient-focused care.

Education & Medical Training

Dr. Parsons earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Oklahoma College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his internship at the Oklahoma Osteopathic Hospital, followed by residency training at Consortium-Truman Medical Center in Kansas City.

Clinical Background & Experience

Throughout the majority of his career, Dr. Parsons practiced internal medicine in Ardmore, Oklahoma, where he served generations of patients with dedication and compassion. His comprehensive medical knowledge and long-standing commitment to preventive and diagnostic care have made him a respected figure in the field.

Callie Sitton, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Associate with a diverse background in emergency medicine, women’s health, and mental health. She brings a comprehensive, whole-person approach to care, ensuring that patients feel seen, heard, and supported throughout their health journey.

Education & Credentials

Callie earned her undergraduate degree from Oklahoma State University in 2008, followed by a Master of Health Sciences in Physician Associate Studies from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.
